Webinar Refund & Cancellation Policy

General
Cancellations must be made at least forty-eight (48) hours in advance and in writing via email (candiceelam@nursingcurrent.com) and will be honored as follows:
•           Webinar registrations fees are refundable if submitted no later than 48 hours before the scheduled webinar time.
•           In the case of a webinar series/bundle, cancellation must be received no later than 48 hours before the first scheduled webinar.

If you are unable to attend the webinar and the cancellation deadline has passed:
Webinar fees will not be refunded. A recording may be available after the webinar has concluded. If the webinar was recorded, access to the recording will be granted for a 30-day period. If the webinar is later offered as a self-study module, contact Nursing Current, LLC to take advantage of this offering at no additional cost. 

Refunds are not granted due to attendee technology issues
It is your responsibility as the webinar attendee to test your computer setup prior to the start of the webinar. If a technical failure at your home or workplace prevents access to the live webinar, you are not eligible for a refund. If the technical problem is due to Nursing Current’s error, we will issue a refund. 

Webinar Cancellation
If, due to unforeseen circumstances, a webinar is canceled by Nursing Current, all registered attendees will be notified via email as soon as possible after the cancellation.

 

Nursing Current reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any live/on demand webinar due to insufficient registrations, instructor illness, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. In such situations you will be notified 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time of the webinar/ event.

Upon such cancellation, registered attendees will get a FULL REFUND of the amount paid for any live/on demand webinar. All refunds will be processed within 10 working days.

In case we reschedule a webinar, registered attendees will be notified about the new date and time 24 hours prior to the start time of the webinar. If attendees are not available on the new date and time, Nursing Current could provide you the recording of that webinar, if the webinar is recorded.
