For "Your Healthiest Self" Subscribers ONLY. Use this page to self-schedule your 60-minute 1-on-1 sessions. This 12-week online health coaching program 1 90-minute deep dive 1-on-1 sessions, plus 5 60-minute 1-on-1 sessions every other week, and 5 pre-recorded sessions for you to do at your convenience, in addition to weekly email check-ins. The sessions are focused on topics about lifestyle modifications, such as meal planning, stress management, exercise, and much more.
